We understand that shopping online — especially for kids — can sometimes need a little flexibility. That’s why we’ve built a return and exchange policy that’s easy, fair, and designed to help you shop confidently.
🔁 One-Time Size Exchange (No Stress!)
Got the wrong size? Don’t worry — we offer a one-time free size exchange for every order.
Here’s how it works:
You can request a size exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Upload clear photos via our Returns Portal so our team can verify the condition.
Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup and ship the new size after we receive and check the original pair.
⚠️ Please note: Only one exchange per order is allowed. We recommend measuring your child’s feet with our [Size Guide] before ordering.
❌ Returns (Refunds Only for Damaged or Wrong Products)
We accept returns only in the rare case of:
Damaged or defective product
Wrong item shipped
To raise a return:
Submit a request on our Returns Portal within 5 days of delivery
Upload clear, unedited photos of the issue
Once verified, we’ll schedule a pickup and process a refund after QC
💸 Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method.
💵 For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll receive a secure Razorpay link to enter your bank or UPI details.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of approval. Once processed, the credited amount may take another 2–3 days to reflect in your bank account depending on your provider.
🚚 What Happens if a Pickup is Missed?
Our courier partner will attempt pickup once.
If missed, you’ll have 48 hours to reschedule through WhatsApp or email.
A second failed attempt means you’ll need to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Exchanges/refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the product.
🚫 What’s Not Eligible?
To keep things fair for everyone, we don’t accept returns or exchanges if:
The product appears used or worn
Tags, box, or original packaging are missing
The return/exchange window (5 days) has passed
The item is marked as "Final Sale" or is part of a non-returnable collection
Accessories (including hair accessories, bags, and gift boxes) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund

All requests must be raised through our [Returns Portal] – DMs and calls are not considered valid requests.
We recommend recording an unboxing video in case there’s ever an issue — it helps us help you faster!
